Using the service

MatchCut Studio is provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. You may use the videos and images you generate however you like, including in paid creative work and social posts. We claim no rights over them.

What you agree not to do

• Create content that is unlawful or use the tool to impersonate or deceive others.
• Use the service to distribute malware or phishing links.
• Attempt to disrupt the site, or automate access to it in a way that degrades it for others.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is”. Video rendering depends on your browser and device. Review exported files in your intended video editor before using them in a project.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service or from an export that does not work as you expected. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Accounts

The generator does not require an account. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. We may suspend an account that is used in breach of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the revised terms.
